This competition is open only to domiciled residents of Meghalaya.

• Competition dates: 11–12 September 2026.
• Last date of submission of forms: 31 August 2026 (11:59 PM).
• The organizers will not be providing any kind of accommodation.
• Lunch will be provided to all participants.
• Breakfast will only be provided to out-station participants (those from other districts).

• The organizers will not be providing any swimming trunks, suits, goggles, or caps.
• Participants must know proper strokes. False starts, lane violations, or unsportsmanlike behaviour will result in disqualification.
• No addition of events will be entertained on the day of the competition.
• The organizers will not be held liable for any injuries or illness.
• All relay teams should consist of 4 participants.
• Events with fewer than 2 participants may be cancelled.
• The decisions of the organizers will be final and binding on all matters.
